Clean with ample amounts of equipment so you never have to wait. They will also validate your parking (if you park in the garage) before 8 and after 5. One word, meh. I came here since it's close to work, but was disappointed. It's dirty, the equipment feels pretty scattered and some of it was broken and the pool area and locker room was disgusting. Hi Jeff, I don’t know the answer to your question but I’ve been wondering about it myself. My membership is up for renewal next year. If we’re not allowed to. When it's busy, you'll have to wait, but in the middle of the day, you can always find an open machine or space. I did not try to classes, so I can't speak for those. Upper level for classes. Mid level for cardio and squat rack and lower level for pretty much everything else. Air quality is so bad there and it smells like puke. Seriously they don't have a good ventilation in place for the lower level. 24 Hour Fitness 2-year ALL-CLUB SUPER-SPORT Membership eCertificate More Than 400 ClubsValid for New Members OnlyDelivered via email. 24 Hour Fitness® Hosts Special Mother’s Day Weekend service free of charge and members can bring a guest to their personal training session scheduled during. Hope the managers are reading this and take necessary action. The good. Large space, lots of equipment, bright areas, all in all a clean place. So if you need to park then this is not the place for you. One star due to parking and condescending attitude on first visit. Dirty, old and broken machines, dumbbells without labels, some members smell really bad, bathrooms in bad conditions, but personnel are friendly. Bathroom are disgusting. Been a member with 2. Hour Fitness for years. I really like the saltwater pool the steam rooms and the size and the diversity of the gym but recently maintenance have really gone downhill. The bathrooms and the shower areas or disgusting. There is mold and fungus in the shower stalls and there's literally no hot water. There has been issues with lack of hot water for months now and the management is aware of it but obviously choose to do nothing. I tell the staff member about the hot water or lack of and they tell me they also suffer from it because they also work out at the gym but can't take a shower after the workout due to lack of hot water. This is the worst 2. I have ever been. First, it is crowded, hard to find an empty machine. Pool lines are very tiny, and at least two people per line. The water in the shower during the winter was freezing. The lockers and changing area are dirty. The worst part was a parking lot. They supposed to validate my parking ticket, they did, but it did not work at the exit. I had to pay a fine for the parking because an 2. I can't recommend it and I will not go there anymore! Maintenence is an ongoing problem here. The cancellation was quick and easy, I just had to let one of the gals in front desk know and she immediately cancelled and I still have two months left since I already paid this month + last month when I signed up. No towel service; no swimsuit dryer. The guy told me . Most gyms open at 5am on weekdays and close at 1. If you cant find time between those hours to workout then yes go here. ALL ABOARD THE GAIN TRAIN. CHOOOOOOOOOO CHOOOOOOOOO. I've eaten a gallon of ice cream in what was essentially one sitting and I've completely destroyed sushi power hours among others. I consume protein with reckless abandon and thrash desserts with the thunder that's generated by my jaw. Obviously, with such unreasonable and unhealthy eating habits I need a way to counteract the gains- entereth 2. REPS FOR JESUS. It's usually the most full around 7ish, but honestly I've not had any huge problems getting the equipment I want. People are always willing to work in, the gains are plentiful here. Locker rooms are decent, they even have lockers that you can lock without your own lock which is convenient and dandy. I don't know too much about the upper area because they have cardio machines and I'm not huge into cardio (though I will probably start to pick it up more as I learn towards getting a dog), but there seems to be activities of all kinds including cardio, yoga, and lifting. They also have a neat area I like to call the monkey gym where people use ropes and stuff and contort themselves. Pretty neat stuff. CHOOOO CHOOOOOOO. Fantastic gym, very well maintained, and great schedule of classes. Went there almost a week ago, and looked at all the options. Signed up for the yearly option which meant paying $6. When you calculate how much you pay for just 1 year, it rounds out to be about $4. While I was signing up, I see this women give one of the workers a Costco promotions thing. I asked and you can buy from Costco a membership for 2 full years for just $4. So I ask the workers there that I want to get that. This female worker there gives me an attitude and says that I can't do it there but that I have to go to Costco. Also that the money doesn't go to them, but only to Costco. Even better because I've always hated the pushy sales tactics of the people who work at gyms. Like I want to give $4. I have invested a lot of money into costco stocks over the years because I believe in and love Costco. There are wonderful companies like Tesla and Costco and I am more than willing to give money to them for what they provide in terms of amazing service, and there are companies like commercial gym chains which try to just screw you as much as much to get the last penny from you. Well the worker there says that if I cancel the membership I signed up for 6 days ago, I would still be paying them 5. I calculated that out to be $4. So about $6. 20 total for 2 years, which would save me about $1. Well I thought it would still be worth it. I was wrong again. I went to the downtown 2. I asked the guy who was trying to cancel my membership, he stated it was 5. I owed them. When I called the front desk an hour later to talk with some other worker there, she also said that it was 5. They were both wrong apparently. You don't get that first and last month payment back. You don't get 1. 0 month back, or 5 month back. You get 0 month back. And I am not talking about the trainers there whose knowledge is only about anatomy and physiology, but the people who work at the front desk, who work in sales or payments, and whose jobs are mainly for signing people up for memberships. Information about how refunds, membership cancellations, payment structures and the exact numbers and details should be required knowledge for the people who work there day in and day out. Honestly the people who work at the front desk don't do anything. These are the jobs and the people who will be replaced by a information kiosk in 1. Hope they enjoy their time standing around, flexing their muscles, and saying hello to everyone coming in. I could teach a dog to do a better job. One worker said it was 5 days. Another worker who answered the phone said it was 3 days. At this point, I am just going to go with the 3 days point, because these types of commercial gyms are just that bad. There are just some companies and organizations which will always get bad reviews (Comcast, Century. Link, Towing companies, commercial gyms, etc.) and this place is no exception. You guys can take my money for 1 full year, I will enjoy the saunas and 4 lane pools, but I won't be coming back when that ends. Had an okay experience with this gym until it came to cancellations and annual fees. However when I arrived yesterday to sign in (less than 6 months later), they informed me that I needed to pay my annual fee which they specifically told me I wouldn't have. I told them I would be cancelling my service and they said I would have to pay the annual fee or else face collections. Very rude service, especially from the manager who told me I must be wrong, there's no way the salesman would tell me that. The machines are extremely outdated. It also smells weird always. The only other venue I have been in that reeked this much of sweaty bodies was a giant orgy. That's worth it. Working out to sweaty armpit and crotch smell. Not worth it. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DO NOT GO THERE! I joined last year in October and was told I could cancel my membership for free due to my employer's benefits. Having to relocate neighborhood after only a month I decided to cancel. It's been 1. 1 months since then and I just noticed on my credit card bill that I have been paying recurring charges for that same membership. That is over 4. 00$. I called their membership center and 'out of courtesy they were willing to reimburse the last payment'.. After another transfer and 2. It's outright stealing, I am appalled to be paying for some employee's mistake. Save yourself a headache and literally hundreds of dollars : (. Unfortunately, this is not the best club to work out at. Worst 2. 4 hour fitness I have ever been in fact (being member since 2. Simply inappropriate behavior. Chase asked me to prove that guy is actually washing his dirty towel over drinking water fountain by videotaping which is impossible. Or instructors or staff members actually have to eye witnesses it which is also very difficult to accomplish (because of nature of the class, instructor can't move all over classes and where the water fountain is located is back of the class where it's very hard to see from instructor). It's simply common sense!! I have never asked him to ban this dirty- smelly guy's membership. Just asking do not wash his dirty clothes over drinking water fountain!! It's common sense!! Chase tries but he doesn't handle well. Disappointed. I recommend early mornings.. Actually, don't assume you'll always have water either. I've never belonged to a gym where the men's showers have been out of service, or out of hot water as much as this place. Absolutely awful. Some friends were in town and wanted to use the gym, and as this was closer to where we'd be for the day, we got day passes here instead of going to my gym. When I asked about paying to rent towels, I was told you could only BUY towels (starting at a cool $8). The machines were fine I guess (though why do they put their cleaning fluid so far away from everything?). But the showers were frigid, there were no hair dryers, no locks you could borrow.. We ended up spending just around $7.
